A fantastic opportunity for a commercially- minded RICS qualified Associate / Associate Director (Agency) to join Newsteer’s growing Lease and Transactional Services team in London.
With great opportunities for progression and personal development, this is an exciting role for a confident and self-motivated Surveyor with at least 3 years post qualification experience in acquisition and disposals of investments, development sites, leasing and letting.
As a great negotiator, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end transaction process as well as the appraisal and modelling of opportunities for new and existing clients.

Responsibilities
Acquisitions & Disposals of Investments, Development Sites and Leasing and letting situations
Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with customers/partners
Rental and Capital Valuations
Preparation of Investment and Development Appraisals
Cashflow modelling, understanding and knowledge of the retail market
Use of Argus Investor or Kel Investment Valuer
Use of Argus Developer Skills
Requirements
Good negotiator, communicator, and team player with great client facing skills
Strong property understanding across sectors
Ability to think strategically and holistically about clients’ real estate needs
Detailed knowledge of Excel
Development and Investment Appraisals
Oversee and provide a thorough, detail oriented due diligence on investment transactions
Providing support, mentorship, and supervision to junior team members
Significant commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically, with the hands-on to ensure proper execution.
You will have a full UK Driving Licence and be willing to travel throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays away from home.
