Jason Nyatanga is a Junior PM and Civil Engineer who strives for Quality execution of all Projects he is involved in. He is currently pursuing a National Diploma in Civil Engineering at INTEC College; thereafter he intends to pursue an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering, Honours Degree in Structural and finally a Masters in PM. Mr Nyatanga was introduced to the world of PM and Engineering by his mentor in 2020 and has been working towards becoming a PMP and Chartered Civil Engineer since. He is affiliated with PMSA as an associate PM and the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK) as a student member.

Jason has worked on Projects exceeding a total generation capacity of over 1.9 GW in the Renewable Energy industry consisting of Wind, Solar PV, ESS and BESS technologies. He has prepared hundreds of proposals and tenders, which has led him to master the art of tender and proposal preparation as well as management.

Jason is currently participating in the Advanced Training Course (ATC) which is RES4Africa’s flagship capacity building training programme focused on key technical, regulatory, financial, and sustainability issues for RE. In the winter of 2021, he was one of 134 participants selected for the 19th edition of the Micro-Grid Academy (MGA) which is RES4Africa’s capacity building and youth programme that contributes to fill the gap of Micro-Grid capacitation.
