Our Higgins' Management Trainee Programme has been running for many years and has been created to identify an array of young talent to work and develop careers within the Construction Industry and Built Environment. The programme allows individuals to get a taste for a number of core disciplines throughout the company before deciding on a discipline to specialise in. We also offer a mentoring programme, which helps provide the support and encouragement needed for career progression.

We tailor-make our construction programmes to support the up-skilling of local people and aim to use local labour for at least 20% of our total labour resources.
