You Are Hired Pt 1

BPIC Network, in conjunction with the Mayor of London, are proud to present our first event from a series of five aimed at engaging Young Black Men in London to be a part of the exciting world of construction and the built environment. These events are part of the Workforce Integration Network (WIN) programme within the Mayor of London’s Strategy for Social Integration to improve pathways for underrepresented groups in the workplace. The programme is currently focused on supporting young black men aged 16 to 24 years into employment in London.

You Are Hired Part 1 will have several organisations presenting current job opportunities, what they look for in an ideal candidate, and how to increase accessibility to jobs for underrepresented groups.

Additionally, there will be a live Q & A session.
