About the Event

For INWED21,  BPIC Network are presenting a lunch and learn session looking to highlight and celebrate women engineers who have had to overcome adversity in their careers i.e., being black/ female in a male-dominated industry.

The   event will be made up of a panel discussion with topics to include:

1. Overcoming the imposter syndrome

2. Barries faced by women to succeed in a male-dominated industry

3. Changes required by businesses/ the industry

4. Advise to your younger-self
