Step Up Expo | Careers Fair

We have partnered up with the Evening Standard to deliver the Construction Pavilion at the Step Up Expo  Careers Fair. This events aim to inspire and empower school leavers and parents to take the next steps in their journey.

Step Up Expo is an inclusive event that will lead the conversation for parents and young people. It will help teenagers and their parents through the minefield of education choices:

• 16+ school/college choices, subject and qualification choices
• 18+ education, apprenticeships & career options
• Over 15,000 young people (14-18+) & their parents will be attending 
• 6-10 leading companies will be exhibiting in order to engage and attract the next generation of talent
• There will be live workshops and live panels, 
• Diversity and inclusion is at the core of the event. We are working with over 1,000+ schools from low-middle income households, state schools, academies, colleges and several charity partners.  

They will be guided through education choices and work opportunities, be offered masterclasses and exam preparation, and be inspired by influencers, keynote speakers and students like them across our stages and workshops. Partner brands will be invited to join our inspirational talks programme, and create engaging and fun experiences, and build powerful connections with all visitors.
