Accessible Pathways to a Career in Construction

BPIC Network in collaboration with the Mayor of London are proud to present our fourth event from a series of five promoting careers in construction for young black men. These events are part of the Workforce Integration Network (WIN) programme within the Mayor of London’s Strategy for Social Integration to improve pathways for underrepresented groups in the workplace. The programme is currently focused on supporting young black men aged 16 to 24 years into employment in London.

On this edition, we will explain multiple entry routes into construction, with testimonials from professionals who used these pathways.
