Board Member Profile 

Tendi  has extensive experience in strategic procurement gained in blue-chip environments, sourcing highly complex office, data and health care environments within the strict confines of cost, time and quality, with extensive experience at all levels within the construction industry. 

Works in Global Sourcing and Procurement for Marsh McLennan leading the Real Estate team in commercially delivering construction office fit-out projects across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Is passionate about diversity and responsible for Supplier Diversity Globally thought leadership and sits on the Race Advisory Council. 

Is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 20 years post qualification property experience providing commercial and strategic procurement support to blue chip organisations.

Outside of work  Tendi is on the board of the Ex Fide Fiducia Trust and is on the advisory committee for Black British Golfers. Passionate about providing mentorship and enjoys watching football and playing golf.
