1. Why did you choose this career path?
I have always enjoyed solving problems and creating things- this is what engineering is about. Engineers are constantly changing the world with inventions and solutions that affect everyone’s lives.
2. What did you study in school/university?
I studied Bachelor of Engineering and Master’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering at Teesside University.
3. What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is that I get to solve mathematical problems each day and seeing things come to life- from a drawing to real life form
4. What advice do you have for someone looking to pursue this career path?
A positive attitude will take you far in any industry. Be open minded and willing to learn new things. You should maintain a curious disposition and ask questions- this will build your knowledge and contribute to your development
