With over 15 years of experience in senior financial management roles, I have a varied perspective, having served at a high level within the NHS.

Working with Leadership teams, I have helped identify obstacles and develop strategies for enhancing service delivery and performance and have a particular interest in supporting organisation deliver better health outcomes through the developement of strategic estate planning.

I have excellent background and knowledge of the NHS Financial regime; and I believe my strengths lie in Leadership, Agility and Change Management.

As a keen advocate of personal development and growth mindset, I integrate this passion into my professional and personal life as a coach and mentor training to non-finance staff.
