Working with Leadership teams, I have helped identify obstacles and develop strategies for enhancing service delivery and performance and have a particular interest in supporting organisation deliver better health outcomes through the developement of strategic estate planning.
I have excellent background and knowledge of the NHS Financial regime; and I believe my strengths lie in Leadership, Agility and Change Management.
