BPIC Network is excited to present our Power Mentoring Event!

As part of our collective efforts to empower and elevate the careers of black professionals in the construction industry, we are proud to present our first virtual Power Mentoring event.

Power Mentoring is for those who are ready to stop watching from the side-lines and learn the authentic way to jump-start and progress their career.

All attendees will have an opportunity to sign-up to a breakout room in line with their career aspirations. The breakout rooms are as follows:

1. Early Careers: This room will focus on building the right skills for success; where do you find construction jobs, how do you even get into construction, what I wish I knew when I started my career.
2. Mid-Level Professionals: This room will focus on how to jumpstart and fast track your career, emotional resilience, the confidence to step up.
3. Managers and Leaders: This room will focus on how to transition from management to leadership; how to thrive in the lonely boardroom.

Whether you are just starting out in your career or stuck with limited progress, you will learn the unspoken, hidden insights to help you become unstuck and get ahead. We look forward to seeing you on November 7th!
