Various projects within Our client’s cost and commercial management consultancy services within the utility sector.
The purpose of this role is to lead and develop Our client’s Cost and Commercial Management Consultancy service offering across the UK utilities sector, creating and providing an integrated service offer which involves a combination of commercial, contract administration, cost consultancy and procurement advisory services to utilities sector clients.
With the leadership team, preparing a realistic and deliverable marketing or business development strategy for utilities working with the marketing and communications teams to raise the profile of the cost and commercial management consultancy business.
The role will be an active participant in the utility’s leadership team.
Providing leadership and strategic direction to the utility business unit, recruiting, motivating and developing quality opportunities and our people to support Our client’s growth in this sector.
Developing realistic resource plans and budgets for projects and pipeline to ensure capacity and capability are made available to clients while sustaining the values and culture.
Being the face of the company in dealings with all utility clients in relation to cost consultancy, developing new and existing client relationships.
You have a track record of securing work and delivering within the utility cost, commercial, contract administration and procurement advisory markets. You have experience in bidding and securing multinational projects, programmes or frameworks and the ability to sell the cost and commercial management consultancy brand, service offerings and capabilities is a significant advantage.
You are comfortable building lasting client relationships and supporting a team. You will have a cost and commercial management consultancy, construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Our client has to offer.
