About the job

As a “Framework Marketing” lead, you will input to the development, and be responsible for the execution of, our marketing and communications plan for a key national framework. Through this national framework, our regional businesses deliver a wide range of construction projects, and you will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to develop proactive plans and create great content that supports the positive development of the framework, and enhances our clients Construction brand externally.


The five key elements of the role will include:

  • Evidence journalism | capturing the innovations, stories, data and facts that bring projects to life, saving them on our knowledge management system and amplifying them externally

  • Content curation | from case studies to blogs, awards submissions to white papers, copyrighting will be a key part of creating rich content for our channels and bids

  • Communications | the internal and external amplification of our best stories, in partnership with our client, through eNewsletters, social media, website, thought leadership campaigns and through our PR Agency

  • Design and digital | using existing branding to bring together designs across the Adobe Creative Suite including graphics, case studies, images and video

  • Relationships | Working closely with our key national framework customer to develop the relationships and knowledge to help deliver collaborative marketing campaigns


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Experience of engaging externally with customers and coordinating joint marketing plans

  • Brand management and brand development experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Highly effective interpersonal skills – can develop relationships quickly

  • A team player who is equally comfortable taking the lead or operating independently

  • A creative flair and passionate about creating new designs

  • Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, and if possible, Illustrator and After Effects, but not necessary)

  • Digitally and social media proficient with an ability to suggest new ideas

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and balance various simultaneous projects
