As our healthcare team continue to secure work currently being tendered across the sector, we are now looking for an associate director to join the sector, to bring specific experience and expertise of delivering complex health projects.

Responsibilities

  • Directing the project teams to safely deliver, on time, to stated quality, at minimum cost and to client satisfaction.

  • Acting as the link between the client and other key stakeholders, working on projects within the healthcare sector.

  • Managing the programme of projects within the healthcare sector.

  • Undertaking and delivering significant size projects, as the lead project manager with support from senior project managers.

  • Performing non-project related roles will be business reporting, bidding, resourcing and other as directed by the sector lead.

  • Developing and leading a small team within the sector.

Requirements

You will have a degree qualification in a relevant discipline and a member of a professional body institute such as RICS, CIOB or APM. You have proven experience of delivering complex projects of over £150m to healthcare clients. You have experience of contract administration and using various forms of contract.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and nurture and develop teams. You will have a consulting background in client project/programme management within the healthcare sector and be keen to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities our client has to offer.
