She is a highly respected strategic leader with vast experience in property, build design travel and facilities. She has delivered' great places to work' globally in UK , EMEA and APAC.
She started her career in property whilst working as an IT Project Management temp in Discovery Channel EMEA. Identifying gaps in the organisations structure, she created a path for herself in the built environment building a successful, award-winning workplace team.
Eniitan has pioneered solutions in more than 30 international markets delivering technical, retail and office workplaces. She champions the relationship between culture, sustainability performance and workplace sentiment sensitive to a more socially aware diverse generation and has founded and chaired several ERG’s (Enterprise Resource Groups) She is as a Trustee of the ALETO Foundation where she also mentors and leads leadership programmes and is Board Advisor for BPIC.
